This facility has many fun nights for kids to just play and learn thru gymnastics while parents can get away for a few hours.

As of june 15th we are pleased to welcome back our competitive athletes during phase 1 of ontario s reopening plan. Cost is 5 for those currently enrolled in classes and 10 for those who are not. Attending an open gym is a great opportunity for additional gym time to work on a specific skill your child is wanting to conquer. Please be sure to read through our new covid procedures below.

My son and his friends are just having fun with gymnastics and they are so comfortable at hi nrg. We are open and our classes are running. Hi nrg open gyms are structured and highly supervised by our well trained staff. Gymnastics energy values the health safety and well being of all in our community.

Energy kidz may not be operating as usual but we are still here for you. You can sit back and relax or run some errands. Join us every week for open gym a great opportunity to release some extra energy and perfect skills. The gym is open for the kids to explore with instructor supervision.

Open gym at pacific west gymnastics gives your child an extra chance to work on their skills or just come in and burn off some energy with their friends in the gym. They have access to trampolines the floor bars beam and the pit. Phase 2 has allowed us to open our doors to summer camp.
