Use an oral b electric toothbrush with an ortho or power tip brush head that s specially designed to effectively and gently clean around braces. Some people prefer manual toothbrushes over electric brushes because of their vibration feature. Furthermore toothbrushes are available in different colors and sizes.

Prepare your toothbrush by rinsing it with a little bit of water. The toothbrush should be easy to hold. Brush your tongue properly. Hold your toothbrush at the 45 angle and brush the outer surfaces of your teeth and braces.

Gently brush in between the braces place your brush at an angle of 45 degrees and gently brush the inner and biting surface of your teeth.
