Set an open ended adjustable wrench also called a crescent wrench just larger than the hinge knuckle.

Check to see if this relieves the rubbing.
Before you grab your tools partly open the door from the outside and push the door up and down.
This will close the gap.

Now from the bottom use whatever tools you need to pry it loose from the jamb going upwards until you reach the top.
You may use a drill with a screwdriver head attachment but you need to be careful not to overdrive the screws and break or strip them.
With a drill you re more likely to over tighten the screw and strip the screw holes or chew up the screwheads.
